Brian is a seasoned venture capitalist with over 20 year of investing experience across a range of industries. Before joining Chestnut Street Ventures, Brian was the Managing Director for New York Ventures, the venture capital arm of the State of New York. Prior to New York Ventures, Brian was VP of Strategy & Corporate Development at Arbitron (now Nielsen Audio) and a Managing Director at the Peacock Fund, the venture capital arm of NBC Universal. Before joining the Peacock Fund, Brian worked at GE Capital and Bain & Co.Brian holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from The University of Southern California.

Sonali is an international business leader with experience in building and leading new business ventures and high-growth global service organizations. Sonali heads global operations for the Bain Innovation Exchange which is Bain’s innovation engine. Prior to this she was the head of the Bain Capability Network, a global business serving clients across sectors; incubating new AI based tools and accelerating the pace and cost to serve consulting. Sonali has also been an entrepreneur having co-founded a geospatial mapping startup in NY and has since been an advisory board member on various early stage ventures. She holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School.
