Tom Meyer is an experienced CEO and strategic consultant. Prior to becoming Managing Partner of Nassau Street Ventures and Senior Partner at Alumni Ventures Group, Tom was the Chief Operating Officer of OnePak, the leading reverse logistics software company and consultant to over 30 companies, advising on corporate development, sales and marketing, financing, strategic planning, and business transformation. Mr. Meyer has been CEO of three different tech companies, which he successfully turned around. As general manager, he launched Iron Mountain’s award-winning Digital Record Center. He brings a global perspective to business, having lived in Europe and Asia and worked in 40 countries around the globe. Mr. Meyer has an engineering degree from Princeton University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management. He is the former chair of the Princeton Entrepreneurs’ Network of Boston.

Josh is Executive Vice President at Alumni Ventures Group and Senior Partner at Nassau Street Ventures. He has had a long career in consumer goods and tech, including Google and Procter & Gamble, and Bose. He is deeply experienced in product innovation, go-to-market strategies, communications and advertising, CPG, traditional retail and e-commerce. Josh is also a former military officer, having served six years on active duty in the U.S. Army. Josh also founded Veterans Brands, a marketing strategy consultancy specializing in veteran-run SMBs, brands targeting veterans and active military, and authentic American brands. He holds a B.S.E in Aerospace Engineering from Princeton and a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Dora Mitchell, PhD
Dora is the Vice President of Operations at Carisma Therapeutics Inc. and enjoys wearing many hats at a young biopharmaceutical company with responsibilities ranging from fundraising and intellectual property to partnerships and leading all daily operations of the business. Prior to joining Carisma, Dora managed the therapeutics and diagnostics company portfolio at PCI Ventures at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn), where she also directed the UPstart Company Incubator. In that role, she led the launch, funding, incubation and growth of Penn intellectual property-based businesses such as CytoVas LLC, LignaMed LLC, Quantitative Radiology Solutions LLC and Linnaeus Therapeutics Inc., and the successful exit of a diagnostics company. Prior to joining PCI Ventures, Dora was a member of the Health and Life Sciences team at Battelle Ventures, LP, an early-stage technology company investor. Dora holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from Princeton University.
Jon Huberman Princeton ‘88
Jon Huberman is the CEO of Ooyala, a leading software provider in the video production, distribution and monetization markets. With 30 years of high-tech business leadership, he is an accomplished executive with a demonstrated track record of driving high customer satisfaction, technology innovation and greater market value for technology companies. Previously, he served as CEO of Syncplicity, Tiburon, HyperParallel and Iomega. In addition, Jon spent over a decade investing in technology companies for the Bass family and the Gores Group.
Jon received an A.B. in Computer Science from Princeton University and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Investor Relations Manager
Prior to joining AVG, Chris was a Customer Advocate at Graphic Packaging and in Sales & Marketing at Putnam Investments, where he created materials for reps and investors. He’s a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell, Manning School of Business, where he studied Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Studies.
Investor Relations Manager
Previously, Anne was an Applied Behavioral Analysis Counselor for Melmark and a medical biller for Physicians Resources. She is also a certified Certifiied Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, with her own clientele. Anne has a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
Director of Investor Relations
Prior to joining AVG, Hilary was a Staffing Executive and Program Manager at Robert Half. Previous positions include Retirement Planning & Guidance Consultant for Fidelity and an Investor Assistant for an independent investor. She has a Bachelor of Science, Business Management & Marketing from Fisher College.
Community Relations Manager
Jamie was the Clinical Secretary Sr for Pediatric Gastroenterology at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. Earlier, he served as a Claims Processor Associate and then a Senior Associate at Cigna Health. He has also served in multiple church youth ministries for over 15 years throughout Ontario, Canada, in many different cultural contexts. He was part of the adjunct faculty in the youth ministry department at Tyndale University College. He has a BA in Psychology from York University, a Masters of Divinity from Tyndale Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Fuller Theological Seminary.
