KORU was launched with the mission to help grads land jobs and has since evolved into a leader in predictive hiring, helping companies screen, select, and develop diverse talent. Kristen Hamilton was co-founder of the company and continues to serve as CEO. Co-Investors include Maveron, City Light Capital, Battery Ventures, and First Round Capital.

LANDIT is a technology platform created to increase the success and engagement of women in their careers and to enable companies to attract, develop and retain high-potential diverse talent. By creating a personalized playbook, Landit puts women on the career trajectory they are aiming for with guidance, mentorship, and networks. The company was co-founded by Lisa Skeete Tatum and Dr. Sheila Marceo. Co-Investors include Cue Ball Capital, Female Founders Fund, Morgan Stanley, and NEA.

MADISON REED produces premium at-home hair color products and also operates affordable walk-in salons. Their hair color is free of ammonia, parabens, PPD, phthalates, and more. CEO Amy Errett was also founder of the company. Co-Investors include Comcast Ventures, Norwest Ventures Partners, Shea Ventures, and True Ventures.

UPSTART is an online lending marketplace leveraging machine learning and AI to improve peer-to-peer lending. Upstart includes factors like education and experience in assessing creditworthiness. Co-investors include Kleiner Perkins, GV (Google Ventures), First Round Capital, Khosala Ventures. Anna M. Counselman was co-founder and serves as head of operations.

WYLEI uses patented predictive AI to help businesses create dynamic digital direct marketing content in real time. Wylei’s highly personal ads create greater customer engagement and drive significantly higher conversion rates. Molly Ford serves as CEO. Co-investors include Aspire Ventures.
