LANDIT is a technology platform created to increase the success and engagement of women in their careers and to enable companies to attract, develop and retain high-potential diverse talent. By creating a personalized playbook, Landit puts women on the career trajectory they are aiming for with guidance, mentorship, and networks. The company was co-founded by Lisa Skeete Tatum and Dr. Sheila Marceo. Co-Investors include Cue Ball Capital, Female Founders Fund, Morgan Stanley, and NEA.
MADISON REED produces premium at-home hair color products and also operates affordable walk-in salons. Their hair color is free of ammonia, parabens, PPD, phthalates, and more. UPSTART is an online lending marketplace leveraging machine learning and AI to improve peer-to-peer lending. Upstart includes factors like education and experience in assessing creditworthiness.
