Join us for an illuminating walkthrough of a deal case study from AVG. Your guides will be AVG’s CIO and our VP of Investment Operations, who set the investment strategy and process for all AVG investments. They’ll bring to life how we source, research, and vet deals—using an actual example from our pipeline.
We’ll invite you to join our “Investment Committee” and help us assess an actual deal:
- Review info on sector, team, business model, performance, investors, and deal terms
- Ask questions about the company and our assessments
- Score the deal together
- Make a final decision: invest or not?
- Big Reveal: Did AVG invest in this opportunity?
Because this is an interactive session, we’re limiting this webinar to 200 participants. Register soon if you’d like to attend.
